🎓 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟯!

The final day of our 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 was another exciting and memorable day! The physical session was conducted by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗔𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘂𝗵𝗮 (𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻, 𝗖𝗙𝗦) and co-hosted by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗗𝗵𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻 (𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿, 𝗖𝗙𝗦), while the online session was conducted by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘃𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗻 (𝗟𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿, 𝗖𝗙𝗦). Students enjoyed 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗨𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱, 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 conducted by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗮𝗿𝘂 𝗛𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻 (Alumni), 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸 by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗮 𝗛𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗻 (𝗔𝘀𝘀𝘁. 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹), and the fun-filled 𝗩𝗖 𝗠𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 session. 🎉

A heartfelt appreciation to all the amazing staff of 𝗖𝗙𝗦 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗛𝗧𝗘𝗜 for your teamwork, dedication, and support throughout these three days. Your contribution made 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 a truly memorable experience for our students. 💙

🎓𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮!

Day 2 of the 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗢 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 was another successful and engaging day, with students participating in a variety of informative and interactive sessions. The 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 was hosted by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘃𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗻 (Lecturer) and co-hosted by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗗𝗵𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻 (Associate Lecturer), while the 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 was conducted separately by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗲𝘇𝗮 (Lecturer).

The programme included 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, an inspiring 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 alumni session featuring 𝗠𝘀. 𝗜𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗮, and the 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 industry expert session delivered by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗛𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗻, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Housing, Maldives. Students also participated in the engaging 𝗩𝗖 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, gaining practical tips and valuable insights to make the most of their college experience. 🌟

Day 1 of our 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 was a great success, with enthusiastic participation from students both physically and online. The physical sessions were conducted by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗔𝗹𝗶 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗳 (Director of CFS and Acting Dean of SHTEI faculty) and 𝗠𝗿. 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘃𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗻 (Lecturer/Program Coordinator), while the online sessions were facilitated by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗼 𝗔𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗺 (Lecturer/Program Coordinator) and 𝗠𝗿. 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗻 (Lecturer/Program Coordinator).

The day also featured an inspiring 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗶 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 with 𝗠𝘀. 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗛𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗻, hosted by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗲𝘇𝗮 𝗔𝗯𝗱𝘂𝗹 𝗠𝘂𝗵𝘀𝗶𝗻 (Lecturer/Program Coordinator), followed by an engaging 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸 by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮, Planning Consultant from the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure. Her motivational insights encouraged students to embrace continuous learning, develop professional skills, and prepare confidently for their future careers.

A special 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗬𝗼𝘂 to our Deputy Dean 𝗠𝘀. 𝗔𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘂𝗵𝗮 also all the staff members of 𝗖𝗙𝗦 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗛𝗧𝗘𝗜 for their tremendous teamwork, commitment, and support. Our sincere appreciation goes especially to all our 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳, whose continuous support behind the scenes played a vital role in making the event well-organised and successful. 🙏

C3 Health & Science and C3 Information Technology students explored the exciting world of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) through immersive learning devices. The hands-on experience allowed students to interact with emerging technologies, connect classroom concepts with real-world applications, and gain a deeper understanding of how VR and AR are transforming industries such as education, healthcare, engineering, and entertainment. This engaging experience inspired students to think creatively, explore future career opportunities, and appreciate the growing impact of immersive technologies in today's digital world.

🌟 Meet the Expert – Session 3 🤖
Guest Lecture on “Smart Devices: From Embedded Systems to AI-Powered Connected Systems”

As part of the Meet the Expert – Session 3, an online guest lecture was conducted for our C4 IT students by Dr. S. Kalimuthu Kumar from Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education, India.

We sincerely thank Dr. Kalimuthu Kumar for sharing his valuable knowledge, expertise, and experience with our students. The session provided insights into the evolution of smart devices, embedded systems, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, automation, and the future of AI-powered connected technologies.

Students actively engaged with the session and highlighted the applications of AI in daily life, smart devices, future technologies, and the transformation towards intelligent connected ecosystems as key areas of interest.

We appreciate Dr. Kalimuthu Kumar’s valuable contribution in inspiring our students to explore emerging technologies and future innovations.

🌟 Meet the Expert – Session 2 🤖
Guest Lecture on “Emerging Trends in Additive Manufacturing”

Today, the C4 Information Technology students at Villa College attended "Meet the Expert – Session 2" delivered online by Dr. Golden Renjith Nimal from Jai Shriram Engineering College, India.

The session introduced students to the fundamentals of 3D Printing and Advanced Manufacturing, covering additive and subtractive manufacturing, the working principles of 3D printing, and its real-world applications. Students also gained an understanding of how Information Technology powers 3D modelling, design software, automation, and smart manufacturing.

We sincerely thank Dr. Golden Renjith Nimal for sharing his expertise and inspiring our students with this engaging and informative session.
