Workshop: Unlocking Moodle’s Potential – From Basics to Best Practices
An introductory Moodle Basics session was conducted for the academic staff of the Faculty of Arts (FA) on 23rd April 2026. Facilitated by Aminath Zifna, Lead Instructional Designer, the workshop introduced core tools and best practices to enhance course design, assessment, and interactive learning through Moodle.

A session on Using Moodle for Effective Student Assessment was conducted for the academic staff of the School of Medicine (SM) on 22 April 2026. Facilitated by Aminath Zifna, Lead Instructional Designer, the workshop introduced practical approaches to designing assessments, applying rubrics, and enhancing transparency in student evaluation through Moodle.

An introductory session on Moodle was successfully conducted for the staff of the Centre for Security and Strategic Studies (CSSS) on 16th April 2026. The session was facilitated by Instructional Designer Ibrahim Adam, focusing on enhancing digital teaching and learning practices through effective use of Moodle.

🌏✨ A wonderful knowledge exchange at CETE e-Studio!

On Thursday, 9 April 2026, delegates from the Regional Hub for Asia Climate Change and Health (REACH) visited the CETE e-Studio to gain hands-on experience in video recording for MOOC development. The REACH project is a collaborative research initiative focused on addressing the health impacts of climate change across South and Southeast Asia.

During the visit, delegates explored professional studio setups and experienced the full video production process for online learning content. The session was facilitated and guided by instructional designer Ibrahim Adam

We truly appreciate the opportunity to share our facilities and expertise in supporting impactful regional collaborations in climate change and health education. 🌿🎥
