The Maldives National University

The Maldives National University (MNU) successfully hosted its General Orientation for Term 2, 2026 at the A Block Auditorium and B Block Auditorium today. Demonstrating our commitment to inclusive education, the session was streamed live via Google Meet, connecting students from regional campuses nationwide to ensure equal participation and engagement.

The Maldives National University held the investiture ceremony for Dr. Aishath Sanoora as the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences. The ceremony marked an important milestone for the University, reaffirming its commitment to strengthening academic leadership, advancing excellence in health education and research, and contributing to the development of a skilled healthcare workforce for the Maldives.

Registration for the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) December 2026 Examination is now open.

🎉 2026 IAU RFI Fee Waiver announcement

The IAU is pleased to announce that the annual IAU Responsible Futures International Programme fee waiver has been awarded to The Maldives National University

Designed for learners who have completed the introductory level, this course provides the opportunity to further develop your Japanese language skills while deepening your understanding of Japanese culture in a supportive learning environment.
