އޮރިއެންޓޭޝަން އޮގަސްޓް 2026

A productive meeting was held today between the Islamic University of Maldives (IUM) and the Elections Commission of Maldives to discuss preparations for the celebration of Voters' Day 2026.

This week's Ilmee Gunzaru session was facilitated by Dr Mariyam Shareefa on the topic " Assessing the Role of Peer-Led Interventions: The Child-to-Child Model for School Readiness in the Maldives."

Deputy Vice Chancellor Dr. Aishath Waheedha meets with IUM lecturers ahead of their departure to Al-Azhar University, Egypt, for an intensive 10-day specialized training programme in Quranic recitation.

A delegation of lecturers from the Kulliyyah of Quran and Sunnah and the Kulliyyah of Education of the Islamic University of Maldives has departed for Egypt to participate in a 10-day specialized training programme at Al-Azhar University.

The programme focuses on enhancing participants' skills in the art and techniques of Quranic recitation, providing an opportunity to learn from one of the world's most renowned centres of Islamic scholarship.

We wish our lecturers a safe journey, a beneficial learning experience, and every success in this important academic and spiritual endeavour.
