On 5 August 2026, Maldives Polytechnic successfully conducted the Student Orientation August 2026 in two sessions, warmly welcoming our new students as they begin their academic journey.

We wish all our students every success and look forward to supporting them throughout their learning experience.

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the 10-day Holiday Photography Workshop for teens at Maldives Polytechnic. Throughout the programme, participants aged 13–19 developed their photography skills, progressing from the fundamentals of camera operation to advanced digital editing techniques. Their creativity, enthusiasm, and dedication made the workshop an inspiring and rewarding experience for all involved.

29th July 2026, our staff participated in a motivation session facilitated by Dr. Aamaal. We thank Dr. Aamaal for the insightful session and all participants for their active engagement.

Our NC III Tour Guiding – August 2026 Intake successfully held its Pre-Orientation Meeting, facilitated by Dr. Aamaal Ali. The session provided participants with valuable insights into the tour guiding profession, industry operations, and the professional etiquette essential for delivering exceptional visitor experiences.

A sincere thank you to Dr. Aamaal Ali for an engaging and inspiring knowledge-sharing session as we prepare our future tour guides for success.

Yesterday, 14 RAC technicians completed a 7-hour workshop at Maldives Polytechnic on "Good Practices for Handling Refrigerants, Introduction to Flammable Refrigerants and Leakage Prevention."

Conducted by Maldives Polytechnic Lecturer, Ahmed Azad in collaboration with the Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy, the training focused on upgrading local technical skills to support national climate and safety standards in cooling.
