Crispy sweet potato with chicken
Instructions
1- In a large bowl, add chicken and drizzle olive oil, lemon,minced garlic cloves, garlic powder, onion powder,chili flakes, salt, pepper and toss it well and air fry or in oven for 30-35min
2- sweet potatoes : air fry (drizzle olive & oregano)
3- white sauce: 2 cups Greek yogurt, 1 grated cucumber, 1 grated garlic clove, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and mix it well
4- salad: 1 large thinly sliced onion, grated carrot add in a bowl. Add dried parsley, lemon juice, 2tps chili powder , pinch of sal, mix it well, then let it sit for 5 minutes, tossing it couple of times.
Then add on plate, decorate as you prefer & enjoy❤️
