🚨LIFE-CHANGING STUFF ALERT🚨

In this post, let us introduce you to the very popular 21/90 rule, which has actually help a lot of people build good habits no matter how hard it is!!💪🏻

Our brains are wired to adapt to literally any situation.

“Neuroplasticity refers to the physiological changes in the brain that happen as the result of our interactions with our environment. From the time the brain begins to develop until the day we die, the connections among the cells in our brains reorganize in response to our changing needs. This dynamic process allows us to learn from and adapt to different experiences” Celeste Campbell (n.d.).

Okay too much science, lets dive into how you do it;
1. Commit to a personal or professional goal for 21 straight days.
2. Once you’ve established that habit, you continue to do it for another 90 days.

If you can keep up doing something for the whole time, then it should become a permanent lifestyle change.💯

Interestingly however, everyone of us is different, and researches on this topic has shown while some of us adapt to our new habits in a rather smooth way, others just keep struggling. Its still a struggle for them 200 days later!😮‍💨

But something tells us this has something to do with the mentality they chose to have during the period. Agree?🤔

‘HOW TO WIN THE DAY!’ 🙌🏻😇

Here is a simple 6 step check-list of habits we can introduce into our lives to make it a more productive and successful day!

👉🏻 Plan your day the night before;
Before hitting the bed, make sure you jot down a simple & realistic to-do list of your most important tasks.📝

👉🏻Wake up on time;
You know when you need to get up. Set up one alarm, know that there wont be 10-20 alarms going off in the morning.🙌🏻

👉🏻 Avoid instant gratification;
Results take time, have consistency, be resilient. Don’t do it for the instant gratification!😇

👉🏻Remove distractions; Scrolling through the endless social media feeds, hanging out with friends excessively, all the time, staying up late, gaming, watching movies. Remove or minimize these activities during certain times. You need energy reserved for more important tasks!💪🏻

👉🏻Hold yourself accountable
Create schedules, be aware of how you spend your time, check in periodically. Whenever feeling misaligned, repeat the process. Self reflect.🤝

👉🏻Focus, and keep moving;
Finally, focus on what’s important, and keep moving. ✈️

Dont ever stop. Dont ever drop the ball. Chin up, look forward and power through. You got this, champ! 💯

Busy VS Productive; Which one are you? 🤔
These days, it feels like no one has free time to do anything!😮‍💨
We are late for our jobs, no time to to meet our friends and family, no time for ourselves. Its been months we haven’t met some of our closest friends!😥
But why is that?
It is because we are busy. In fact so busy, we don’t have the time to let the people who are closest to us know why we are ‘busy’!🤭
But, what exactly are we busy doing?🧐
The answer to that is simple. It’s ‘Nothing’. We are extremely occupied with just doing ‘nothing’.🤯
With all the social media content we have to consume everyday, all the news we have to watch, all the gossip we have to keep up with, all the viber groups, IG posts of colleagues and friends etc we have to give a like to, online classes, all our favorite movies and series on netflix we love to watch, above all of that, the mindless scrolling we do, all of it and everything else combined, takes up a lot of our precious time. 😵‍💫
We do all these things in our busy lives everyday no matter where we are. during work, while waiting for the bus, mindless social media scrolling while we wait at the store to get the change, binging at home after work etc, small little habits we have developed unintentionally has turned our lives into a whole chaos and ripped our productivity right off of a lot of us!🥵
Here is a little post that could help you be more aware of how this could be affecting your lifestyle.

We all have that one 'bikaari' friend who NEVER EVER has any money 😒
Don't be like that friend. Start your own side businesses, hustle, build a business online, learn new skills that can be used to provide a service, and make it raaain! 😎
Don't be like that friend who gets a salary once per month, that too, with all kinds of salary deductions! 😓
Work until everyday is a pay-day!

This percentage seems to be the same across all industries 😯
20% of startups within the first year 😥
30% in the second year 😰
The remaining fails between 5-10 years 🥵
(Look it up yourself) 🤯
So whats the secret to a successful business? 🤔
Starting your business, and the everyday obstacles it bring can be mentally exhausting, in fact, so exhausting that 90% of them quit 😵
One of the keys to success in basically everything would be ‘consistency’.
Showing up everyday, 🤚🏻
Doing what you have to do despite what or how you feel about it, 👌
Going through hardships, pushing yourself all the way through till you achieve your goals 🙌🏻
Thats consistency 💯

Before we start, lets get something into perspective here, the world of football is a massive business. And in this post, we will be looking at how it works, with ‘metaphoric’ examples.
The guy has been making headlines on basically every single newspaper since last week. 🤯
He has reportedly brought in record breaking sales into his new club just 30mins after his signing.
If there is one thing all massive businesses have in common, it is that they all invest heavily into different marketing channels. Likewise, in the recent years, PSG has invested heavily into recruiting skillful players, for mind blowing transfer fees, salaries etc. Although, the sums paid are just next to nothing in comparison to what PSG will make in the long run, with the players, AKA ‘investments’.
Yes, we love watching Messi perform. He is like no other on the field. But,
Does this not make our favorite players like him anything less of marketing tools for a much bigger business? (Not that their is anything wrong with that)
Do you think Messi is the biggest baddest marketing tool PSG’s got?
For the million dollar question, If players like Messi are in fact marketing tools, and we watch their matches, what does that make us, the football fans?
