Steady hands, splashy fun and a whole lot of learning along the way! ๐ชฃ
Our little learners took on the Capacity Relay this week, carrying small cups of water to fill their buckets while building balance, coordination and gross motor skills and cheering each other on as a team! ๐ They then became little scientists, filling different containers, making predictions and counting how many cups each one could hold.
Through play, they discovered more and less, practised counting and comparing, and solved problems together, proof that big mathematical thinking starts with tiny hands and a bucket of water. ๐
