Established in 2007, Telfair International School is a private co-educational primary and secondary s Our children wear uniforms. The office is open until 5.

Our school is small and intimate and has a warm and happy atmosphere. We are presently occupying 3 large houses with a front grass play area and two playgrounds. Classrooms are light and airy to encourage a happy and conducive learning environment. We also have a Media room, Library, Art room, Music and Movement room, Monkeynastix room, as well as an outside shaded area for lunch. Our summer, wint

er and sports uniforms, as well as school bags, may be purchased from “The School Shop” in Candos. All stationery and books are provided by the school and need not be purchased. Our school hours are from 8.15 am to 2.15 pm, Monday to Thursday and from 8:15am to 1pm on Friday, with 2 breaks at 9.15 am and 11.25 am. Telfair International School is owned by the same management company as Tiny Tots Day Care Centre ( 3mths -5 yrs ), which has been running successfully since 1999. Today, 12 August, we celebrate International Youth Day, a day dedicated to young people everywhere, their ideas, their dreams and the role they can play in shaping the future.

This year’s theme, “Different Contexts, Common Aspirations,” reminds us that even if young people grow up in different countries, cultures and circumstances, many of their hopes are the same: to learn, to be heard, to have opportunities, to feel included and to build a better future.

At Telfair International Academy, we believe every student has something valuable to contribute. Whether through creativity, kindness, teamwork, new ideas or simply the courage to try, young people can make a difference in their school, their community and the world around them.

International Youth Day is also a reminder that the future belongs to today’s young people, and that their voices matter.

So today, we celebrate our students, their potential and all that they can become.

At Tiny Tots, we provide a warm, fun, and stimulating environment for children to thrive. You’ll work alongside passionate educators to encourage creativity, curiosity, and confidence in every child.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
As a Teacher, you will:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for children aged 3–5 years.
• Stimulate curiosity through questioning, experimenting, and problem-solving.
• Teach key early learning concepts (numbers, colours, shapes, etc.).
• Communicate regularly with parents and provide feedback on progress.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• HSC and SC Credits / Pass including Maths, French and English, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education From MIE or Charles Telfair.
• Experience in a similar teaching position.
• Strong organizational and lesson-planning skills.
• Fluency in both French and English (spoken & written).
