They will try and SELL you a boxercise class SELLING you the idea you will learn to fight and get fit, lose fat/build muscle. Millions of people around the world are falling for the gym and food industry SCAM. Most spend thousands with hardly any gain of muscle, loss of fat or the CORRECT fighting technique.
The food and gym industry scammers will encourage and SELL you all these BS supplements, fat burners, protein bars, protein shakes Etc
Getting fit, losing fat, gaining muscle and learning to box or Muay Thai are all simple achievable goals that do not require all the fancy BS equipment or special supplements and diets.
