Derrière chaque enfant qui grandit à La Case des Bambins, il y a une équipe qui s’investit chaque jour.

En regardant cette photo, je ressens énormément de gratitude.

Certaines de nos éducatrices sont à mes côtés depuis de nombreuses années, d’autres depuis les tout débuts et aujourd’hui, une nouvelle génération est aussi venue enrichir l’équipe, avec la même passion et la même envie d’accompagner les enfants.

Au-delà des diplômes et de l’expérience, ce qui fait la force de cette équipe, c’est son engagement, sa bienveillance et son amour sincère des enfants.

Être éducatrice dans la petite enfance, c’est bien plus qu’un métier. C’est accompagner les premiers pas, consoler les petits chagrins, célébrer chaque progrès, encourager, rassurer, écouter… et laisser une empreinte positive dans la vie d’un enfant.

Je mesure chaque jour la chance que j’ai d’être entourée de femmes aussi dévouées, qui donnent le meilleur d’elles-mêmes avec patience, professionnalisme et beaucoup de cœur.

Les grandes découvertes commencent ici!

Entre 3 et 5 ans, les enfants développent les bases qui les accompagneront toute leur vie : la confiance en soi, l’autonomie, la curiosité, le langage, les premières notions de lecture et de mathématiques, mais aussi le plaisir d’apprendre.

À La Case des Bambins, notre maternelle offre un environnement chaleureux où chaque enfant est encouragé à explorer, créer, réfléchir et grandir à son propre rythme.

Depuis 25 ans, nous accompagnons les enfants à travers des expériences d’apprentissage concrètes, ludiques et adaptées à leur développement, tout en les préparant sereinement à leur future scolarité.

We propose to our pupils a personalised tuition, adapted their individual personalities and rhythm while developing their curiosity and quest for knowledge, self-sufficiency, sociability and self discipline.

We endeavour to:

Observe the child
Trust the child
Point out all of the child’s positive aspects
Make the child self-sufficient
Be firm but not rigid
Detect and respect the child’s critical periods
Create a non competitive atmosphere
Follow up the child’s progress
Give the child the sense of responsibility

The school is organised as follows:

The pre-reception sections from 3 to 4 years (French class and English class)
The reception sections (english and french reception class) from 4 to 5 years

The children are taken in charge by 2 teachers, which allows for individual work or group work whenever necessary. Each trimester a new theme is selected, such as, the sea, space, the different professions and trades and many more.

Right through the schooling year an interesting programme is initiated for the children, the different ethnic festivities are celebrated, mini Olympics are held, theme outings are organised and we always end each year with a show.

Crèche:

For a few hours, half day or a full day, children from one to three years old are invited to play and discover collective life.
We have a team specialised in the education of the younger one. They will take charge of the child individually during the adaptation period in order that each child feels secure in the absence of the parent.

Our Crèche has been conceived to cater for the development of the younger one.

The adapted environment will allow and incite the younger ones to arise through manipulation, investigation, climbing and thus smoothly discover collective living.

In time, as the child adapts to his new environment, activities such as drawing, painting, and pasting will be introduced. Other musical, gardening and cooking workshops will be offered.

The school year will see the celebration the different seasons and birthdays will be organised.

We endeavour to offer each child pleasant moments while parents are rest assured of their security at all times.

Exciting news for families!

From the start of next term in August 2026, La Case des Bambins will once again welcome babies under 12 months of age.

Places are limited, so we encourage families to get in touch early for more information or to arrange a visit.

Pre-school:

Une belle nouvelle pour les familles !

À partir de la prochaine rentrée scolaire en août 2026, La Case des Bambins accueillera à nouveau les bébés de moins d’un an au sein de sa crèche.

Depuis 25 ans, nous accompagnons les tout-petits dans leurs premières découvertes avec bienveillance, douceur et professionnalisme. Notre équipe qualifiée et expérimentée veille chaque jour à offrir un environnement sécurisant, stimulant et adapté au rythme de chaque enfant.

Nous savons à quel point il est important de confier son bébé à des personnes de confiance. C’est pourquoi nous mettons tout en œuvre pour créer un véritable cocon où chaque enfant reçoit l’attention, les soins et l’affection dont il a besoin pour s’épanouir.

25 ans déjà…

Cette année, La Case des Bambins fête ses 25 ans.

Quand je repense à nos débuts, dans une toute petite case à La Balise, avec seulement 5 enfants, j’ai du mal à réaliser le chemin parcouru. À l’époque, nous avions beaucoup de rêves, énormément d’énergie et la conviction que chaque enfant mérite un lieu où il se sent aimé, respecté et encouragé à grandir.

25 ans plus t**d, ce rêve est toujours là.

Au fil des années, des centaines d’enfants ont franchi les portes de La Case des Bambins. Certains sont aujourd’hui étudiants, professionnels, entrepreneurs, parents à leur tour, ou vivent leur vie aux quatre coins du monde. Chacun d’eux a laissé une petite trace dans notre histoire.

Nous pensons aussi à toutes les familles qui nous ont fait confiance. À ces parents qui nous ont confié ce qu’ils avaient de plus précieux et qui nous ont permis de grandir avec eux année après année.

Nous pensons à toutes les éducatrices, enseignantes, membres du personnel et amis de La Case des Bambins qui ont fait partie de cette aventure. Certains sont restés longtemps, d’autres moins, mais chacun a contribué à construire l’âme de cette école et à laisser une empreinte indélébile dans le cœur des enfants et des familles.

Il y a les pionnières, celles qui étaient là au commencement. Il y a celles qui ont rejoint l’aventure en cours de route. Et aujourd’hui, il y a aussi la relève, qui porte à son tour les valeurs qui ont fait de La Case des Bambins ce qu’elle est devenue.

Une école, ce ne sont pas seulement des bâtiments ou des programmes. Ce sont avant tout des personnes, des rencontres, des souvenirs, des rires, des apprentissages, des amitiés et des histoires qui se croisent.

Alors aujourd’hui, nous voulons simplement dire merci.

Merci à tous ceux qui, de près ou de loin, ont participé à cette belle aventure depuis 25 ans. Vous faites tous partie de l’histoire de La Case des Bambins.

Et quelle belle histoire cela a été.

Celebrating 25 Years of La Case des Bambins

Twenty-five years ago, La Case des Bambins began in a tiny house in La Balise with just five children, a big dream, and a passion for early childhood education.

Looking back today, it is hard for me to believe how far we have come.

Over the years, hundreds of children have walked through our doors. They have grown, learned, laughed, made friends, and taken their first steps into the world. Many of those children are now adults building lives of their own. Some are studying, working, travelling the world, and amazingly, some are now parents themselves.

Along the way, we have had the privilege of meeting extraordinary families who trusted us with what mattered most to them. Their support and partnership have helped shape the school we are today.

We also want to honour the remarkable teachers and staff members who have been part of this journey. From the very beginning to the present day, each one has contributed something special. Their dedication, kindness, and commitment have left a lasting mark on countless children and families.

There are those who helped build the foundations of La Case des Bambins, and there is a new generation now carrying that legacy forward. Together, they are the heart and soul of our school.

A school is never just a place. It is a community. It is made of people, memories, friendships, milestones, challenges overcome, and countless moments of joy.

As we celebrate this special anniversary, our hearts are full of gratitude for everyone who has been part of the story. Whether you were a child here, a parent, a teacher, a staff member, or a friend of the school, you have helped make La Case des Bambins what it is today.

Thank you for 25 incredible years.

Here’s to the memories we have made, the children we have nurtured, and the many chapters still to come.

Aujourd’hui, pour la Journée internationale de l’environnement, à La Case des Bambins, nous apprenons à prendre soin de notre planète.
Nous éteignons les appareils électroniques quand nous n’en avons pas besoin, nous ramassons les déchets, nous trions nos déchets et nous recyclons autant que possible. Nous plantons aussi et nous prenons soin de la nature, car chaque petit geste compte.
Ensemble, nous apprenons que protéger la Terre est la responsabilité de tous, même des plus petits. Continuons à garder notre planète propre, verte et belle pour demain. 🌍💚

Today, for World Environment Day, at La Case des Bambins, we are learning how to take care of our planet.
We turn off electronic devices when we don’t need them, we pick up litter, we sort our waste, and we recycle as much as we can. We also plant and care for nature, because every small action makes a difference.
Together, we are learning that protecting the Earth is everyone’s responsibility, even the little ones. Let’s keep our planet clean, green, and beautiful for tomorrow. 🌍💚

À La Case des Bambins, la maternelle est bien plus qu’une simple continuité après la crèche… C’est le début d’un véritable parcours d’apprentissage pensé spécialement pour les jeunes enfants.

En Petite et Moyenne Section, nous proposons une approche pédagogique ludique, structurée et adaptée à leur âge, où les enfants apprennent en explorant, manipulant, créant et jouant.

Nous travaillons à travers des thèmes immersifs qui donnent du sens aux apprentissages et éveillent naturellement la curiosité des enfants. Nous utilisons aussi des programmes tels que La Planète des Alphas pour l’entrée dans la lecture et Numicon pour une approche concrète des mathématiques.

Chaque après-midi, les enfants prolongent également leurs découvertes à travers nos activités extrascolaires.

Notre objectif : accompagner des enfants curieux, autonomes, confiants et heureux d’apprendre. Parce qu’entre 3 et 5 ans, tout se construit!

Quel beau trimestre nous avons vécu ensemble ! 💛
Nos petits explorateurs ont plongé dans l’univers de la ferme avec curiosité, créativité et beaucoup de joie.

Entre les activités manuelles, les découvertes des animaux, les jeux sensoriels et les moments de partage, les enfants ont appris tout en s’amusant 🐖🐑
Ils ont pu explorer, créer et développer leur imagination autour de ce thème riche et passionnant.

Nous sommes fiers de tout ce qui a été accompli… et prêts pour de nouvelles aventures ! 🦕🦖
