Mission Statement
We endeavour to transform Dr Regis Chaperon State Secondary School into a high profile school promoting a conducive learning and teaching environment with committed pupils, teaching and non teaching staff along with the involvement of other stakeholders where self discipline and creativity will enhance the overall development of
the human person and where our pupils will be well equipped to face the exigencies of the global society. Success
The school was declared as one of the best Mauritian secondary schools in 1998 as it gained recognition when having its first Scholarship winner in Economics field. The final year results were even better the following years but it regained its recognition when obtaining once more a scholarship winner in 2002 in science field. More recently in February 2009, yet another scholarship winner in the science field. The school has been ranked 5th best secondary school in Mauritius just behind Queen Elizabeth College holding the 1st position and Royal Curepipe ,Royal Port Louis and Dr Maurice Cure College.
