🏆✨ A look back at a memorable day at the Hennessy Park Hotel!

Bradford Institute Mauritius is proud to have organized an exceptional event celebrating the Art of Mixology, bringing together talent, creativity, and passion.

On April 30th, our participants took on a real challenge during a signature showcase, judged by Adrian Michalcik & Joao Paulo Balzani. It was an intense competition where every detail counted: technique, presentation, creativity, and mastery of flavors.

Congratulations to our winners for their outstanding performances! 👏 The first-place winner takes home Rs 15,000 in cash, a trophy, and a lifetime membership to the prestigious World’s Cocktail Club Association.

A huge thank you to all the participants, judges, sponsors, and everyone who contributed to making this day a resounding success.
