"You were hard on me, but in the end it worked." 📝

This week my students sat their Maths papers. Then my phone started buzzing.

No panic. No complaints. Messages like these 👇

One finished the whole paper, even the hard questions.
One managed Paper 1 AND Paper 2 "with ease."
One said the techniques we practised all year are what got them through.

A fruit seller buys 8 boxes of 50 pears each, at Rs 2.50 per pear, and sells them all for a total profit of Rs 200. The question: what price did he sell each pear for?

This type of question combines several steps in one — finding the total cost price, adding the overall profit to get the total selling price, then dividing by the number of pears to find the price per unit. Missing just one step throws off the whole answer.
