This session coincides with two important dates on the calendar, namely Mother's day(in Mauritius, celebrated on Sunday 31 May this year) and World Environment Day on Friday 5 June 2026.

🤍🤱🤰💐We take this opportunity to wish all gorgeous mothers out there an amazing Mother's Day. We are lucky to be touched by Your Grace. 🙏🤍

🫶🌱And in the same flow, we will be celebrating Mother Nature in our own style on Tuesday 02. This session will be hosted by the very awesome, TM Deepak.

Our sessions help you practice and master prepared and impromptu public speaking skills and develop leadership skills, in a non-judgmental and constructive environment.

What an unforgettable and fun evening we had yesterday, Tuesday 19th May 2026 at the Port Louis Toastmasters Club!

On 19th May, we gathered under the delightful theme Tea Time, perfectly aligned with International Tea Day. The atmosphere was buzzing with energy, laughter, and inspiration!

Members enjoyed engaging games, listened to inspiring speeches, and shared thoughtful evaluations. The table topics were especially exciting — full of thought‑provoking questions that sparked creativity and fun responses.

🎉 A highlight of the evening was celebrating our very own Champion Member Kovilen Vencatachellum, who proudly secured 1st place 🏆 in the District 129 Contest (Table Topics segment). His success is a true inspiration to us all and a reminder of the power of Toastmasters in shaping confident communicators.

The session was a perfect blend of learning, laughter, and celebration — just like a good cup of tea shared among friends. 🍂☕

What an incredible day at the Port Louis Toastmasters Club Public Speaking Masterclass!
Today, the 2nd May 2026, our club proudly welcomed a full house of enthusiastic attendees to the Municipal Council Room of Port Louis.

The energy in the room was electric as participants engaged with inspiring sessions led by seasoned speakers, including thought‑provoking insights from TM Manish Bundhun, the joy of Laughter Yoga with DTM Ravin Lama, and practical tips on effortless conversation by TM Kovilen Venkatachellum.

The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive — attendees praised the masterclass for its rich content, interactive atmosphere, and the warm hospitality of our Toastmasters family.

A heartfelt thank you to our Chief Guest, the Lord Mayor Mr. Aslam Hossenally, our dedicated MCs, and every member who contributed to making this event a resounding success.
