Came across the the breakdown of the number of credits for SC obtained by candidates, as published by the Ministry of Education, and the figures intrigued me. I compiled the figures in the below table and the conclusion is shocking. 59.10% of candidates cannot go beyond 3 credits. Only 33.42% of candidates scored 5 credits and above. We are massively squandering public funds into a non efficient education system.
