Another satisfied client. Still a long way to go. From 35.7% of body fat to 32.2% in 1 month. From 104cm waist to 96cm. Quite impressing for a new comer.

1 month ago we started a great work. Her weight was 72kgs. Now she's at 69kgs. Her waist was 94cm, now she's at 90cm. Her body fat percentage was 38.8, now she's at 32.8.
When a good workout combines with a good diet, good results are inevitable.
