How do organisations prepare for an AI-powered future while keeping people at the centre of the transformation?

Our Head of Technology & Digital Transformation, Diya Nababsing-Jetshan, recently joined the panel discussion at Mooove AI Forward #3: The AI-Ready Business, where industry leaders explored the technical foundations, critical thinking and organisational culture needed for modern leadership.

Sharing her perspective on driving human-centric AI transformation, Diya highlighted the importance of culture, skills development and clear human accountability in helping organisations embrace AI with confidence and purpose.

At IBL, we believe that technology creates the greatest impact when it empowers people.

Far from the polar seas, Captain Arctic is taking shape in Mauritius.

Built by CNOI for Selar, a sustainable polar cruise operator, this 70-metre low-carbon sailing vessel is designed to explore some of the world’s most fragile regions with a lighter footprint.

It is CNOI's largest vessel to date - and a powerful example of how Mauritian know-how can contribute to complex international projects.

In every neighbourhood, some people naturally become a point of connection. They know the families. They understand the everyday challenges. They see what is missing, but also what is possible.

Fondation Joseph Lagesse is bringing these people together through its new group of 'éclaireurs' - residents from Bois-Marchand, Batterie Cassée, Baie du Tombeau and Barkly. Their role is to listen, connect people and share what their neighbourhoods need most.

For us, this is an important step towards more inclusive communities: making sure people are heard, involved, and part of the change happening around them.

A morning commute.
A family visit.
A visitor discovering Mauritius for the first time.

How we get around shapes everyday life.

Taxi by ala-lila, powered by Uber, is using global mobility technology to meet local needs - creating more transparency for riders, more opportunities for drivers, and a smarter way to move across the island.

Because simpler, more reliable mobility makes daily life better.

Dodo Trail 2026: More than 3,000 runners gather in Mauritius for a major Indian Ocean trail - IBL TOGETHER 13/07/2026

What we’ll remember from the 14th edition of the Dodo Trail is not only the 3,000+ runners or the 27 countries represented.

It is the families waiting at the finish line. The volunteers helping runners through the toughest sections. The noise, the muddy shoes, the tired smiles and the conversations shared between people from Mauritius, Reunion, Madagascar and beyond.

It is also seeing so many people discover another side of Mauritius - its forests, mountains and remote trails.

That is what made this edition special for us. We are proud to have organised it, and grateful to every runner, volunteer, sponsor, partner and supporter who was part of the day.

We’ve heard it called the trail of Mauritius. We like to think of it as a trail that belongs to the Indian Ocean.

This weekend, it'll bring together more than 3,000 runners from 27 countries - including a record 371 international participants - from every imaginable walk of life, allowing them to discover Mauritius' most stunning and remote landscapes.

That's what makes the Dodo Trail so special. And that's why we at IBL are so proud to organise its 14th edition on Saturday. Thank you to everyone who makes this enormous event possible: runners, volunteers, sponsors, partners and supporters.

See you at the race village - or on the trails!

More than one in five Mauritians uses wiiv. Why? Because it makes daily life a little easier.

Since 2019, the platform has grown into one of Mauritius' leading loyalty ecosystems, connecting Winners, MedActiv, ala-lila and The Lux Collective.

More useful. More personal.
Built around what Mauritians actually need.
