As we started off the new academic year, we were pleased to run a Safeguarding and Restorative Practice workshops for our staff. We are now fully immersed in restorative practices as part of our Northfields Norms. We wish to use the restorative approach to school discipline and behaviour which will maximise the potential of all of our learners. This will be at the core of what we do where respect builds community.
