A woman had a sick mom. After a lot of back-and-forth, she canceled her entire dayโs schedule, hopped in the car, and drove hours to be with her. Her mom passed awayโ๐ด๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ธ๐ข๐ด ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฆ. Had she not adjusted her priorities in that moment, sheโd have regretted it forever.

So thatโs what we are doing this week, we are building some ๐ด๐ฆ๐ญ๐ง-๐ค๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ง๐ช๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ muscles. ๐ช๐ป
๐๐ฆ๐ญ๐ง-๐ค๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ง๐ช๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ ๐ช๐ด:
๐ช๐ปthe ability to Trust yourself,
๐ช๐ปknowing you can experience any emotion without being harmed,
๐ช๐ปyour overall opinion of yourself.
Every day I would like you to choose a โ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐โ and do it.
๐จ๐๐ถ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ด ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ฑ๐ข๐ณ๐ต๐ช๐ค๐ช๐ฑ๐ข๐ต๐ฆ:
1. Pick one thing a day that scares you, and do it.
2. It has to be something that requires you to โget over a fearโ.
3. Journal about it before and after. How did you feel before and after the dare?
4. Try not to miss a day.
๐ก๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐ช๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ข๐ด - but if they donโt scare you, you canโt use them !
1. Ask for the day off !
2. Ask for a discount on anything - make sure itโs outrageous.
3. Ask for a raise.
4. Go up to a stranger and ask for something.
5. Give someone an outrageous compliment.

This week we are exploring ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐ด๐ฎ.
For a good rest, itโs important to signal to our body that we are transitioning from an active state, to a state of rest.
One way of switching on our parasympathetic nervous system is through restorative yoga.
The pose I would like to introduce to you is called โ๐ธ๐ข๐ต๐ฆ๐ณ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ญโ or โ๐ญ๐ฆ๐จ๐ด ๐ข๐จ๐ข๐ช๐ฏ๐ด๐ต ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ธ๐ข๐ญ๐ญโ pose. Please refer to the visual.
๐๐ฏ๐ด๐ต๐ณ๐ถ๐ค๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ด:
1. Choose comfortable clothes. You can be in your pyjamas for this one.
2. Find a wall.
3. Edge your bum-bum as close as you can to the wall. This could take a bit of shimmying. I find that sitting with your hip flush against the wall first could be a good way to get close to the wall.
4. Put your legs straight up against the wall. In this position you should feel completely comfortable. If you are experiencing any pain or discomfort, please come out of the pose slowly.
5. Your arms can be outstretched in a T position or you can put one hand on your heart and the other hand on your tummy.
6. Stay in this position for as long as you want, anything between 2m and 20m. If you experience any tingling or numbness itโs your sign for coming out of the pose.

1. Please avoid jerky movements for elevating your legs and when you come out of the pose.
2. If you have any medical conditions such as hernia, hypertension or glaucoma, please avoid practicing this pose.
