Congratulations to all the participants of our Women in Leadership programme in Madagascar!
Over three months, 34 women managers from our Textile, Finance, and Healthcare clusters came together to learn from one another, build their confidence, and form connections that reach across industries. Part of the Go Beyond Gender initiative, this programme reflects our commitment to building the next generation of women leaders, with intention.

Our inaugural CIEL Group Sports Day brought together teams from our different clusters, and what a day it was.
We could feel the CIEL winning spirit in every game. From foot five and volleyball to padel, carom, dominos, and everything in between, our teams gave it everything. The energy, the camaraderie, the competitive spirit.

At our 2026 CFO Forum, teams from across our clusters came together to share perspectives, challenge ideas, and reflect on where finance is heading.

From IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and regulatory updates to themes such as leadership and curiosity, the day was all about challenging how finance professionals think and operate.

With contributions from our partners, the forum brought valuable external insights into the conversation, while team moments kept the energy high throughout.

For over a decade, MAMA JAZ has celebrated creativity, connection, and the power of music. We are proud to have supported this unique festival since its inception, continuing to bring people together and connect with diverse audiences.
