Edupoint proudly celebrated the 58th Independence Day of Mauritius with a meaningful flag-raising ceremony filled with pride, unity and many happy faces.

We were honoured by the presence of our Guest of Honour, Mrs Hasnah Sivram and her husband, who joined us for this special moment.

A heartfelt moment of the celebration was hearing from our ex-students Mayur, Vintish, Zarah and Darshinee, who shared their experiences and memories of Edupoint, inspiring our current students.

A beautiful morning celebrating our nation, our values and our future.

Every day she leaves her home and steps into society with quiet strength and courage.

She may wear the uniform of a police officer, the apron of a cleaner, stand behind a stall as a seller, guide young minds as a teacher, serve in many other professions or be the mother who stays at home, waiting with love and holding the family together with patience and care.

Yet behind every role is the same powerful heart — a woman who gives endlessly, protects silently, supports tirelessly and builds the world around her.

Many times her sacrifices go unseen and her efforts unspoken, but her presence holds families, communities and generations together.
