It means very different things to different people…
But I believe when you strip it all back, it’s about being truly happy and fulfilled in the life you’re living.
As a wellness coach, I have the absolute pleasure of working with inspiring, professional women and men, who achieve great things in their careers. And the ‘thing’ that they all choose to prioritise in life, is their health. Their physical, mental and emotional health.
This comes tops, before anything else. Because if you feel connected and good about yourself, all the other bits will start to fall into place…
✨Your work-life
✨Your relationships
✨Your finances
✨Your home-life
✨Your love-life
When you prioritise your health and wellbeing daily, it all changes… for the better.
Your confidence grows.
Your creativity grows.
Your capacity grows.
Your connections grow.
Your belief in you grows.
And your wish-list becomes reality.
YOU THRIVE.
So my question to you is what’s the plan for 2025?
DM me the word SUCCESS if you’d like to arrange a chat about wellness coaching with me, and how we make next year a bloody great one!😁
Sending love as always,
Claire 🥰

Sometimes the best thing you can do is to hit pause.
When you feel like you’re running on empty, it’s okay to let some things take a back seat for a bit. Life is busy, and it can feel like a lot as we near the year end. But pushing yourself too hard can lead to burnout and we DEFINITELY don’t want that.
So give yourself permission to rest, recharge, and re-centre.
Prioritise what matters most in the moment, whether it’s your mental health, relationships, or simply a little quiet time. Everything else can wait.
Taking care of yourself isn’t a luxury, something that we should do when we’re already exhausted or sick, it’s a daily necessity.
When you’re feeling your best, you’ll be able to show up for everything else, stronger and more focused. 🧘♀️💪
Stop and Prioritise.
You’ve got this 🫶🏼
Sending love as always,
Claire 🥰

My menopause story… PART 2
Ok so we’re at the part where I start to join the dots…
I make an appointment with my local GP, who to be fair was great. She’s did some blood tests which came back showing my FSH levels were high, indicating I was probably in perimenopause.
I was lucky that she was knowledgable around menopause and gave me options. I know many women struggle to get this basic level of support from their doctor, due to their doctor not being trained in menopause, so I do feel lucky.
This was a game- changing moment on my journey. FINALLY I knew why I was feeling weird. HORMONES! 🤦🏼♀️
I decided I didn’t want to take HRT yet and felt I could manage my symptoms with diet, exercise, lifestyle tweaks and supplements etc. And I did for a while. But then there just came a point that my body and mind were like, ehhhh we need some help here. I was getting symptoms again and not feeling great and I knew I needed to replace these declining hormones if I wanted to feel good and thrive.
And so began my HRT journey. Within 3 weeks I started to feel good, like myself again. More energy. No more mood swings. Sleeping well etc etc. And I’m super happy to say my HRT journey has been a good one. I use Femigel (Estrogen) and Utrogestan (micronised progesterone) daily and I feel good. I’m also mindful of the long term part it plays in keeping my heart, brain and bones healthy.
I also care about my diet more and how I incorporate movement/exercise, stress management and self-care into my day. HRT plays a huge role in women’s menopausal wellbeing, but we need to look after ourselves too for our future Self’s health.
Going through early menopause put me on my path to my passion of health and wellness coaching. I absolutely love helping other women take back control of their health and wellbeing and understand that this time of change can actually be a positive one. A time to reconnect and thrive towards whatever they want in life.🥰
So there it is. That’s my story. If you’d like to share yours (doesn’t have to be a two parter like mine 😜), I’d love to hear.
Please share in comments or DM me 🥰
Sending love as always,
Claire 😊

My menopause story…
This seems like a perfect day to fill you in on my menopause journey 🙂
Think first covid lockdown (sorry I know I said the c word), so it was a pretty stressful and weird time anyway AND I was homeschooling, which was joyous 😬. But over a few weeks I started to feel like I was losing my mind. I couldn’t put my finger on exactly what it was, I just didn’t feel like myself. But I’m also thinking maybe it’s because there’s a crazy world pandemic going on🤷🏼♀️.
I was super tired ALL THE FREAKING TIME, but this was beyond normal tiredness. I put this down to the fact I’d wake around 3.30am most mornings and couldn’t get back to sleep. At this point I definitely wasn’t thinking declining hormones was causing this.
For those who know me, I’m a pretty grounded and chilled person. But not then. I was irritable, shouty with the kids, moody with my then husband (that’s a story for another time 😉) and just felt pretty angry a lot of the time. I’m sure I was such a joy to live with, but I couldn’t help it. The smallest thing could set me off. And then there was the guilt. After the angry, shouty bits I felt enormous guilt and would apologise to the family in tears sometimes.
I had other symptoms too… brain fog, really bad focus and concentration, I couldn’t remember people’s names or where I’d put things. I never had the more common hot flushes or night sweats though. Mine seemed to be more emotional than physical. I didn’t even get irregular periods really, they were always pretty normal until they stopped for good.
So that all went in for a while… so I’ll fast forward a bit to me remembering that my mum had early menopause at 41 (I’m 41 at this point) and I have a bit of a aha moment and start to join the dots…
This has turned into a more detailed account than I thought… PART 2 tomorrow 😜

Claire 🥰

Small changes have big impact…
Healthy habits aren’t built overnight. They’re the result of small, intentional changes made consistently.
Whether it’s swapping sugary drinks for water, taking the stairs instead of the lift, adding more greens to your meals, waking up 10 minutes early to meditate or going to bed 30 mins earlier to read, these tiny shifts add up over time and create positive change to your life and overall wellbeing.
The key is consistency. I bang on about this all the time, I know! 😜
It’s not about perfection, it’s about progress. Start small, stay steady, and watch these small habits transform your health and wellbeing for the long term.
P.s If you have read Atomic Habits by then you should give it a try 😁
Have a beautiful weekend.
Sending Friday vibes,
Claire 🥰

How much do you prioritise these every day for your body and mind to stay strong and healthy?
Is what you’re about to eat fuelling your body?
What is your body telling you it needs to feel energised?
Do you give yourself enough rest & repair time?
When do you make time for your self-care routine?
It’s the small, consistent actions that add up to lasting wellness that your future self will love you for.
Sending love as always,
Claire 🥰🫶🏼
