Depiction of the name of the 'ahl al-Bayt (people of the household) or the 'ahl al-Kisa (people of the cloak). They are: Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, his daughter, Sayyidah Fatima, his cousin and son-in-law Imam Ali, and his two grandsons, Imam Hasan and Imam Husayn.

The Hadith of the cloak refers to the 'ahl al-Kisa. In a tradition reported in the Music collection of Hadith, Sayyidah A'ishah reports that the celestial Prophet ﷺ went out one morning wearing a striped black cloak and Imam Hasan came and he wrapped him under it, then came Imam Husayn and he wrapped him under it along with Imam Hasan. Then came Sayyidah Fatima and he took her under it, then came Imam Ali and he also took him under it and then said: “Allah only desires to take away any uncleanliness from you, O people of the household, and purify you (thorough purifying).”

➖Omar Ben Hattab : D'accord.

➖Omar Ben Hattab : "Oh homme , pourquoi es-tu venu?"

🔹De retour à Abu Zer;

🔹Amin

Masha Allah

THE MAN WHO DESIGNED THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES

He was an Egyptian engineer and architect who preferred to be away from public limelights, unknown to many:
Dr. Muhammad Kamal Isma’eel
(1908 - 2008)

He was the youngest person in the history of Egypt to obtain high school (certificate), the youngest to get enrolled in the first Royal School of Engineering and the youngest to graduate from it, the youngest to be sent to Europe to obtain three doctorate degrees in Islamic Architecture.
He was also the youngest to obtain the “Nile” scarf and the rank of “Iron” from the king.

He was the first engineer who undertook the planning and implementation of the (Haramain) Makkah and Madinah mosques expansion project.
He refused to receive any payment for his engineering design and architectural supervision, despite efforts by King Fahad and Bin Laden Company.
When he returned a cheaque of millions he told Bakar Bin Ladan:
“Why should I accept money (for my work) at the two sacred mosques, how will I face Allah (on the Day of Judgement?).”

He married at age of 44 years, his wife gave birth to a son, and died. And thereafter he remained single and devoted his full-time in worshiping Allah until he died.
He exceeded hundred years which he spent in the service of the two holy mosques, far from the mass media limelight, fame and money.

This genius has an amazing story in regards to the marble (work) of Haram Shareef (Holy mosque), as he wanted to cover the floor of the Haram mosque for those making ‘tawaf’. And marble in particular to absorb heat.
This marble was only available in a small mountain in Greece.
He travelled to Greece and signed a contract buying sufficient quantity for haram (marbling); almost half of the mountain.

He signed the deal and returned (to Makkah) and the white marble came (in stock). And indeed the placement of the marble on the floor of the Holy mosque in Makkah was completed.
After 15 years, the Saudi government asked him to place similar type of marble in the Holy mosque in Madinah.

Engineer Muhammad Kamal said,
When the King asked him to cover the Prophet’s ﷺ mosque too with the same marble, I got very confused, because there was only one place on the earth to get this type of marble, that was Greece, and I have already bought half of the then available.

Kamal said that he went to the same company in Greece and met the CEO, and asked him about the quantity that remains.
The CEO said that it had been sold immediately after you left 15 years ago. Kamal became very sad.
Kamal left the meeting and while leaving their office, he met the office secretary and requested her to please share the where abouts of the person who purchased the rest of the marble quantity?

She replied that it would be hard to know from such old records.
Upon Kamal’s request, she promised to search in the old records.
Kamal gave her hotel address & number, and promised to revisit her next day.

Kamal said that while leaving Office, he thought; why do I want to know who bought (it)?
Soliloquising to myself, Allah will make something wonderful to happen.

On the next day, few hours before leaving to airport, Kamal received a phone call from the secretary saying that she had found the address of the buyer.
Kamal went to their office in slow pace thinking what would I do with the address of the buyer, as many years had passed?

Kamal reached to office and the secretary gave him the address of the company who bought the rest of the marble.
Kamal said that his heart pulsated and pumped deeply the moment he discovered that the company which bought the marble was a Saudi company.

Kamal flew to Saudi Arabia the same day and upon arrival, he went straight to the office of the company who bought the marble and met the Director Admin, and asked him what he had done with the marble he purchased many years ago from Greece.

He said, I can’t remember.
He contacted the stock room (of the company) and asked them about the white marble from Greece and they told him that all the quantity is available; was never used.

Kamal started crying like a baby, and further narrated the full story to the owner of the company.
Kamal gave the owner a blank cheque, and asked him write the amount you want.
When the owner came to know that the marble is for the mosque of the Holy Prophet ﷺ, he said I will not accept even one Riyal.
Allah made me to purchase this marble and to forget about it, it was meant to be used for the mosque of the Holy Prophet ﷺ.

May Allah bless Kamal the Highest place in ‘Jannah’ – Ameen.

The holy sanctuary of the Sufi scholar and venerable Murshid of the Chishti tariqah: Sayyid Khawaja Mu'in ad-din Chishti (d.1236), c.1880s. The noble saint was a Muslim scholar and preacher born in the year 1142 in Sistan, central Asia, and was the progeny of both Imam Hasan and Imam Husayn in turn the celestial Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. He studied the traditional Islamic sciences in the universities of Bukhara and Samarkand.

His yearning of the inner faculties of the religion led him to Khawaja Usman Harwani (d1220), a Chishti Sufi master from Nishapur. He served his spiritual master devotedly for twenty years and accompanying him throughout his travels to Asia and Arabia.

After going to pilgrimage to Makkah, and visiting the tomb of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, he was asked to establish Islam in India. After spending forty days in spiritual retreat next to the tomb of Shaykh Sayyid Data Ali Hujwiri (d.1075) he made his way to Ajmer where he a made widespread the teaching of Islam and Sufism.

His teachings was simple and basic, and preached in a manner that was universal attracting many Hindus to the fold of Islam. He taught that the highest form of devotion was nothing other than feeding the poor and clothing the poor and helping those distressed. He describes the qualities that endear man to Allah ﷻ as being river-like generosity, sun-like affection and earth-like hospitality.

A SINCERE MUREED

Hazrat Junaid Baghdadi (Radiallahu Ta’ala Anh) had various mureeds, but there was one particular mureed, towards whom he paid special attention.

A few disciples were not pleased with this and asked him why he gave preference to the mureed over others. Hazrat said that he is the most intelligent and wise amongst all of them, and it was for this reason that he gave preference to him.

Hazrat then said, “Let me prove this to you.” He gave a chicken and a knife to each mureed, and asked them to sacrifice it where none would be able to see them. Each of the mureeds found a very quite and secluded area, and sacrificed the chicken.

This one mureed, came back without slaughtering the chicken. Hazrat asked why he did not slaughter the chicken, and he said, “Huzoor, wherever I went, I found the Qudrat of Allah present there, and I knew that He is All Seeing. It is for this reason that I had no option but to return without success.”

Hazrat then said, “Now, did you hear his answer? This is the reason he is so dear to me.”

[01/17/21]   All proposals rejected

When Lady Fatima (s.a.) attained the age of maturity and was ready to get married, the Prophet Mohammad (P.B.U.H) started receiving proposals from various people for Her Daughter. Salman Farsi (RA) and Lady Umm-e-Salma (RA) narrate that "When Lady Fatima (SA) attained the marriageable age, the important people among the tribe of Quraish started sending proposals to the Prophet Mohammad (P.B.U.H) but the Prophet (P.B.U.H) did not accept any proposal saying that he was waiting for the order of Allah (SWT) to decide this issue".

Hazrat Ali (AS) makes the proposal

Lady Umm-e-Salma narrates that: One day Hazrat Ali (AS) approached the Prophet Mohammad (P.B.U.H) at His house. Hazrat Ali (AS) entered and greeted the Prophet (P.B.U.H) and the Prophet (P.B.U.H) replied in the same kind manner. Hazrat Ali (AS) sat down and he was so much shy that he continued staring at the ground and could not utter a word. The Prophet (P.B.U.H) smiled and mentioned to Hazrat Ali (AS) that he knew what Hazrat Ali (AS) had to say but he wanted to hear it from him. He told Hazrat Ali (AS) that he does not need to be shy and to say whatever he wanted to say.

With this encouragement and soft tone from the Prophet (pbuh&hf), Hazrat Ali (AS) said "My parents be ransom for you, you know that since my childhood, I have dedicated myself for your service. You have educated me from be beginning and brought me to this status. It is because of your encouragement that I feel this courage in myself to express my heartfelt wish that you give me the honor of becoming your son-in-law. I have concealed his wish in my heart for a long time thinking that this might not be according to your wishes as well. Is there a possibility that this could happen?".

Proposal Accepted

Lady Umm-e-Salma (r.a.) mentions that "I was watching this affair from a distance and I saw that as soon as Hazrat Ali (AS) completed his request, the face of Prophet Mohammad (P.B.U.H) lit up and he asked Hazrat Ali (AS) - what have you got to realize this act". Hazrat Ali (AS) said "O Prophet of Allah(swt), you know my condition very well, I have only a sword, my war dress and one camel". Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) said: "Ali, you definitely need your sword for fighting Jihad and camel for traveling, however, you war dress could work. O Abul Hassan (AS), I want to give you the good news that Allah (swt) has made the decision and already recited your Nikah with my daughter Fatima (SA) in the Arsh. Just before your arrival, Allah (swt) sent an angel to give me this good news."

* This event has been narrated in "Maarij an-Nabuwwah" of Moeen Kashfi, "Sifwatul Safada" of ibn-e-Jozi, "Madarij an-Nabywwah" on 2:75 of Shah Abdul Haq Dehalvi.

Nikah recited on the Arsh

"Maarij an-Nabuwwah" also states that Jabreel (AS) narrated the story of the Nikah recited on the Arsh. He said "O Prophet of Allah (swt), Allah (swt) has chosen you and made you the most respected and high among his creatures and has selected Ali (AS) as your brother and has decided that the Nikah of your daughter and the servant of Allah(swt), Fatima (SA) would be with Ali (AS). Allah (swt) arranged for their Nikah in such a manner that he addressed the dwellers of Jannah to dress themselves with ornaments of Jannah and then ordered all the angels to assemble together on the 4th Sky.

He then filled the 4th sky with Noor and then appointed Adam (AS) to recite Khutba to begin the Nikah ceremony. After khutba of Adam (AS), Allah (swt) ordered an angel named Raheel to recite Hamd. Raheel is the most beautiful of angels and possesses the most beautiful voice. After recitation of Hamd, Allah (swt) informed me (Jabreel (AS) ) the He has performed the Nikah of His servant Lady Fatima (SA) with His chosen person Hazrat Ali (AS) and that I should spread this news among the angels. I acted accordingly and made all the angels testify the event. Allah (swt) then ordered me to write all this event of this silk cloth of Jannah and present it to you."

After mentioning this event, Prophet Mohammad (P.B.U.H) said "O Abul Hasan (AS), the order of Allah (swt) has been served and I invite you to come to the mosque so that this Aqd should be formalized on the earth as well among witnesses."

Such was the importance of this marriage that Allah (swt) arranged the ceremony on Arsh and then Himself decided and recited the Nikah of Imam al-Muttaqeen, Amir-ul-momineen Ali ibn Abi Talib (AS) with the leader of the women of this world and in paradise Lady Fatima (SA).

The above event has been mentioned in various other books as follows:
- Muaraj an-Nabuwwah
- Al Asaba fee Tameez as-Sahaba
- Sawaeq-e-Muharriqa bu Ibn-e-Hajr Makki
- Al Bayan wal Bateen by Allam Jaahiz
- Nuzhat-ul-Majalis by Allama Abdur Rehman Safori
- Riyaz un-Nazrah fee Manaqib-ul-Ashra by Allama Muhib Tabri

Nikah recited on Earth

Prophet Mohammad (P.B.U.H) led Hazrat Ali (AS) into the mosque and asked Him to sell off His war dress and present that money to the Prophet(pbuh&hf). The dress was sold in 400 dirhams, according to some traditions, and were presented to the Prophet Mohammmd (P.B.U.H) who gave them to Salman Farsi(a.r.) and Bilal(a.r.) and asked them to buy some articles of use from the market. They went to the market and bought the following items as jahez of Lady Fatima (SA)

- Two mattresses made of Egyptian canvas. (One stuffed with fiber and the other with sheep wool).
- A leather mat.
- A pillow made of skin, filled with palm tree fiber.
- A Khaibarion cloak.
- An animal skin for water.
- Some jugs and jars also for water.
- A pitcher painted with tar.
- A thin curtain made of wool.
- A shirt costing seven (7) dirhams.
- A veil costing four (4) dirhams.

- A mat from Hajar.
- A hand-mill.
- A special copper container used for dyestuff
- A pestle for grinding coffee.
- A (water) skin.

When the items of Jahez were received, Prophet Mohammad went to Lady Fatima (SA) and said "Your Nikah has been recited on the Arsh by Allah (swt) with My Cousing Ali (AS) and He has ordered Me to recite Your Nikah on the earth as well. I have gather my companions to do so and now seek Your agreement and permission to recite this Nikah." Hearing this, Lady Fatima Zahra (SA) bowed Her Head with shyness which indicated Her agreement. The Prophet (P.B.U.H) came out of Her hujra and orderd Bilal (RA) to gather all Ansaar and Muhajireen.

One the companions were gathered, Prophet Mohammad (P.B.U.H) recited Hamd of Allah (swt) and narrated to his companions that Jibreel (AS) had informed Him that Allah (swt) has performed the Nikah of Hazrat Ali (AS) with His Daughter on the Arsh and has ordered Him to recite the same on the earth as well. He asked Hazrat Ali (AS) to formally request for the marriage in front of the witnesses and Hazrat Ali (AS), after reciting greatness of Allah (swt) and presenting His proof and gratitude to Him and reciting darood for Prophet Muhammad(pbuh&hf), formally requested for the marriage. Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) accepted the request and made all the companions witnesses. Upon hearing this all the companions greeted Hazrat Ali (AS) and the Prophet(pbuh&hf).

Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) recited the Nikah himself and asked Hazrat Ali (AS) if He accepted the Nikah for a Mehr of 400 Misqaal of Silver. Hazrat Ali (AS) accepted and then the Nikah was formally concluded. Both offered Sajda-e-Shukr to Allah (swt) and all the Companions present there congratulated and greeted both Hazrat Ali (AS) and the Prophet Muhammad(pbuh&hf).
