From dholl puri lovers to dholl puri makers! 🇲🇺❤️
What a fun session with this wonderful group touring Mauritius! They came with a love for our Mauritian dholl puri, and left with the joy of making their very own. 🫓✨
Were they perfect? Not quite! 😂 But were they proud? Absolutely! Every dholl puri made by their own hands was a little victory — and, of course, a delicious one! 😋
And the best part? They even picked up a few Creole words along the way! 🇲🇺🗣️
Seeing everyone leave happy, satisfied and smiling made our day. ❤️
Mauritian flavours, new skills, lots of laughter and beautiful memories — that’s what Le Tablier is all about! 👩‍🍳🌴

That’s what we called them as children… now we know them as Puits d’Amour — “Well of Love.” 🥰
