Starting this Sunday, I’ll be teaching two classes at SOMA Studios in Msida 💖✨

My classes focus on somatic movement to help calm your nervous system, quiet the mind and bring you back to balance through slow, intentional practice.

Schedule:

Sunday ✨ 09:00 | Slow Vinyasa
A mindful, flow-based yoga class linking breath to movement, designed to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance flexibility at a steady, controlled pace.

Monday ✨ 19:30 | Yin Yoga
A slow, restorative yoga class focused on long-held stretches to release tension, improve flexibility and support recovery.

With a fresh look, new energy, and exciting beginnings ahead…

I’m so happy to share that I’ll be starting to teach at a new studio, while my outdoor yoga classes will also begin again next week 🌿☀️

This rebrand reflects growth, intention and the beautiful community we continue to build together.

Whether we meet in the studio or under the open sky, my goal remains the same: to create space for movement, balance and connection.
