In the framework of the Erasmus+ project „Take me out of the shadow – Job shadowing for an inclusive school“, the English teacher Jasmina Milicevic attended a course in Limassol, Cyprus. The topic of the course was the usage of the special application on tablets and iPads in the inclusive teaching and she went through this training together with other teachers from Finland, Poland, Austria and Germany. They attended classes in the premise of a prestigious private school „Heritage“ in Limassol. This international school has about 1200 students aged 3 to 18. The learning process has been digitalized to a great extent, the students are predominantly engaged in the project-based work with the goal to develop functional knowledge, critical thinking and creativity. The part of the training was a one-day study visit to a public school „The 3rd Primary School of Makedonitissa“ in Nicosia which focuses on the implementation of tablets.
This was an extraordinary opportunity for the teacher Jasmina to bring a wealth of new ideas and suggestions on how to use new programmes at work with the students taught according to the individual education plan. She also had a chance to compare our educational system to the systems of other European countries and to come to a conclusion that can be implemented in our daily routine with the goal to give more qualitative support to students and help them make better progress in their learning.
У оквиру Erasmus+ пројекта „Take me out of the shadow“, КА1 мобилности наставника, наставница Јасмина Милићевић имала је, на Кипру, обуку за коришћење посебих апликација на таблетима за рад са децом које се образују по индивидуалном образовном плану. Овом обуком обухваћени су наставници из Финске, Пољске, Аустрије и Немачке. Семинар је реализован у престижној приватној школи “Heritage” у Лимасолу на Кипру. Ово је интернационална школа коју похађају ученици од 3 до 18 година у којој је наставни процес дигитализован у великој мери, доминира пројектна настава у смерена на развијање функционалних знања ученика. Такође је била у студијској посети „Трећој основној школи Македонитиса“ у Никозији која такође ставља акценат на примену таблета и рачунара у учењу.
Била је ово одлична прилика да наставница Јасмина донесе нове идеје и предлоге за коришћење нових програма у раду са децом којима је потребна додатна подршка у раду. Такође имала је прилику да упореди наш рад у односу на наставнике других европских школа и процени колико и шта можемо да применимо како би смо напредовали у раду са децом.
