Our 6th Multiplier Event was 'Futureland' - a special learning festival focusing on all aspects of knowledge-co-creation, inclusion, diversity and sustainability in schools. It was workshop-led and allowed the INCLU2ION team to showcase its Frame of Thinking, Building Blocks for co-creation, and other deliverables.

Held from 19 to 20 April 2024 at the historic Fort St Elmo in Valletta, Malta, the event was very well-received. Kudos to all INCLU2ION project partners for an excellent event.

A dynamic convergence of educators from Egypt and The Netherlands happened in September 2023. Focused on the pivotal themes of inclusion, diversity, and sustainability, this online event was a vibrant space for co-creation and innovation.

Egyptian teachers collaborated with their Dutch counterparts, engaging in enriching sessions to co-create lessons that transcend cultural boundaries. Through diverse work forms, from interactive workshops to collaborative brainstorming, educators explored novel ways to tailor lessons to the diverse needs of students. Taking the vision beyond closed doors, a dedicated meeting in The Netherlands was organised. In this interactive session, the project was unveiled and discussed, fostering informed and engaging conversations. This event wasn't just about disseminating information—it was about empowering students to actively shape their educational narrative.

Join us in reliving the energy of this singular multiplier event, where the seeds of inclusive, diverse, and sustainable education were planted. It's a testament to the power of collaboration in shaping a future where education transcends borders and resonates with the heartbeat of a global community.

Presentation on Erasmus+ Inclusion2 Project

On Friday 25th November 2022, Ms Ruth Mansueto, Assistant Head, delivered a presentation on an Erasmus project in which our school is participating. Last May, the Erasmus+ Project - 2021-1-MT01-KA220-SCH-000024219 INCLUSION2 Creative Co-Creation Design Processes in Diverse Teams Contributing To Inclusive Schools for a Sustainable Future project was launched in Malta. Our school, which is coordinating this project, is collaborating with Aeres Hogeschool - Netherlands, DHOS Bruge - Belgium and Warnborough College – Ireland for this project.

During the presentation, Ms Ruth explained the work that has been carried out so far. The project is still in its initial stages, yet a lot of work has already been carried out.

The Project Inclusion2’s main aims are, to contribute to a more inclusive education and learning for a sustainable future, to support teachers, school leaders and other education professionals to develop a more inclusive education for a sustainable future as well as use the diversity of teams to creatively co-create design processes to reach the objectives and develop a frame of thinking to support these design processes.

This project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union and supported by the European Union Programmes Agency (EUPA).
