Spent two peaceful days at the Lourdes Sanctuaries and the Grotto of Massabielle, followed by a breathtaking trip up to Pic du Midi today. The Pyrenees views are absolutely unmatched! 🏔️☁️Now, we are hitting the road. Leaving the mountains behind and heading off to explore the "Pink City" of Toulouse! 🚗💨

Between 29 June and 3 July, three members of the school participated in an Erasmus+ mobility programme in Croatia. The course, "Cultivating Inclusive Classrooms through Creative Digital and Eco Arts in Education," was held in Split.

The programme provided practical knowledge and hands-on strategies for incorporating creative digital and eco arts into educational practice. It focused on developing inclusive classrooms by fostering creativity, critical thinking, emotional expression, collaboration, and problem-solving through a range of artistic approaches and modern digital applications.

Throughout the course, we explored innovative methods for creating engaging, supportive, and inclusive learning environments that meet the diverse needs of all students. The activities and resources presented equipped us with practical tools to enhance our teaching and promote active participation, creativity, and inclusion in the classroom.

Sometimes the best memories come from the days that don't go according to plan.

A small group of Form 3 and Form 4 students participated in a reward trip to Sicily in recognition of their excellent behaviour throughout this scholastic year. Although the news throughout Sunday evening and during the night suggested that the eruption of Mount Etna might disrupt flights, there was still hope that the airport would reopen in time. Unfortunately, after checking in, passing through security and waiting at the boarding gate, the flight was eventually cancelled.

The day's programme was quickly reorganised. Holy Mass at the Millennium Chapel, time around Bay Street, the Odyssey experience at Mercury Towers, and an exciting go-karting competition ensured that the day was still one to remember.

The destination changed, but the smiles, friendship and memories certainly did not.

🎉☀️ A Well-Deserved Reward! 💦

As a reward for their excellent behaviour throughout the scholastic year, a group of our students enjoyed a fun-filled day at Splash & Fun.

From swimming and water slides to sharing a meal together, it was a day full of laughter, friendship, and unforgettable memories.

Well done to all our students, and we wish everyone a safe and enjoyable summer! 🌞👏
