Welcome to the official page for the TalentSync project! ๐
Co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme, this initiative brings together four organizations: Malta Employers ๐ฒ๐น, National Skills Council ๐ฒ๐น, Community Enterprise Association Ireland (CEAI) ๐ฎ๐ช and Business Development Friesland (BDF) ๐ณ๐ฑ.
Over the next 2 years, we will undertake a skills assessment of the Aviation industry in Malta, the Food Innovation sector in Ireland and the Tourism industry in the Netherlands to determine current skills shortages and provide insights on future skills requirements.
As a result, employers, workers, education organisations and government will directly benefit from having a report detailing their industryโs current skills gaps and future requirements.
๐โจ Additionally, in this project, several business owners will have the chance to take part in international study visits and online workshops, giving a unique opportunity to participants to connect with peers across borders, exchange ideas, and build valuable partnerships that can help their businesses grow.
๐ This page will provide regular project updates and share information on upcoming activities and opportunities for participation. Follow us to stay informed ๐๐ก
