🚀 Today, we start a new learning journey!

Three members of the GMD team are in Lithuania to take part in the Adaptive Learning Lab, a training course co-funded by the European Union within the Erasmus+ Erasmus+ & European Solidarity Corps Malta Programme and organised by Asociacija. IVAIGO

The training focuses on strengthening our capacity to design and deliver inclusive, innovative and technology-enhanced adult education programmes.

Over the coming days, we will explore Artificial Intelligence and its tools, discovering new ways to use technology to make our training activities even more accessible, inclusive and responsive to learners’ different needs.

For GMD, this is an important opportunity to learn, exchange experiences and bring new ideas back into our work. 🌱

A big and heartfelt thank you to EUPA for this valuable opportunity and to Asociacija IVAIGO for organising this learning experience!

As part of the GAME – Generating Awareness for Migrant Experiences EUPA Malta - Erasmus+ & European Solidarity Corps co-funded project, implemented with We Are Muesli, we surveyed young people aged 18–30 with a background living in Malta — asking them about , , and what it really feels like to build a life here.

These are just some of the experiences that will feed into "In Their Shoes – Malta" — a video game co-created during the GAME Co-Creation Lab, a workshop taking place in Malta this November, where young people with a migration background will shape the game's narrative.

📊 A first glimpse into our survey results!

As part of the GAME – Generating Awareness for Migrant Experiences EU co-funded project, we surveyed young people aged 18–30 with a migration background living in Malta — and the data tells a fascinating story.

Stay tuned: in the coming days we will be publishing our full report on young People with a migration background in Malta, which dives deeper into their experiences, challenges, and sense of belonging. 📄

And that’s not all — we will soon be sharing more information about the GAME Co-Creation Lab, taking place this November in Malta, where young people will come together to co-create the narrative of an original video game. 🎮

Another great Orrajt Migrantour intercultural walk led by our intercultural companion Sabu for our friends and colleagues of the University of Debrecen

Mobility programmes are great because they facilitate connections and collaboration, foster intercultural skills development, and create opportunities for mutual learning.

ACRA Migrantour Viaggi Solidali Refugee Week Malta

collaborator and friend took part in No Hate Speech Week 2026 from 17-19 June 2026 organized by the participating in three days of , , presentations and testimonies from an exceptionally broad range of stakeholders, from equality bodies and local municipalities to youth organisations, law enforcement, public authorities, academic institutions, media professionals and representatives of communities most affected by .

The of perspectives made visible both the scale of the challenge and the genuine breadth of expertise that now exists in addressing it, offering spaces to learn from each other and reflect on opportunities for future collaboration.

The No Hate Speech Week was organised in conjunction with the Democracy , as a joint event “Hack the Hate, Renew Democracy”.

Parvina and are also working with the to bring this knowledge to the Maltese context and share tools, expertise and good practices to counter hate speech and promote a safer, more inclusive and cohesive society for all.
