Part-Time Office Receptionist

Every Saturday

Join the team at Training Three Sixty and become part of a professional and supportive higher education institution.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome students and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
* Answer telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email enquiries.
* Perform general reception and office administration duties.
* Assist with student registrations and documentation.
* Maintain organised filing systems and office records.
* Prepare classrooms and support the administration team when required.

Requirements

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Organised, reliable, and professional
✔ Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
✔ Fluent in English (Maltese is considered an asset)
✔ Previous reception or office administration experience is desirable but not essential
