Dinja Waħda

Dinja Waħda Dinja Waħda (meaning ‘One World’ in Maltese) is BirdLife Malta’s environmental education programme in schools, connecting children with nature.

Dinja Waħda targets both children and adults to increase knowledge about the natural world and to raise awareness about human impacts on the environment. It aims to encourage people in Malta to go outdoors to enjoy the multitude of benefits of being in a natural environment.

🇬 Nature-based learning takes place every day in BirdLife Malta’s Dinja Waħda gardens. Here, we take a look at Ms Kylie’s class at Tarxien Primary School as they explore insects, plants and wildlife, while building a stronger connection with the nature around them. The Dinja Waħda gardens are supported by ERA.
