While I was apprehensive to have to change home once again, exchange comfort for the unknown, my plants showed me that change always brings growth. New experiences, new challengings, new perspectives. Doesn't mean that is always pleasant nor easy, but most of the times, necessary.
I'm amazed how this plant grew so much lately. She was beautiful but small for long months while living in the old house, and now she is growing and blossoming like crazy. Thank you nature for the reminder.

For many people Meditation can sound very challenging, but in fact it is so simple and can be done pretty much everywhere, anytime, you don't have to put your legs in lotus to achieve a peace and quiet mind. Take a second to pay attention into your breath, feel, observe, get intimate with each inhale and each exhale.... and then, enjoy the lightness and centring that this practice can bring into our lives :)

This week classes are about: Effort and Surrender
If we notice nature's compass we ll recognise how wise it is. The birds only can make long distances because they learned when to put effort and when to surrender to the wind. Yoga teach us to listen better what our body, mind and soul has to tell us and therefore, make better decisions.
Have you been pushing too hard? Or maybe have you been procrastinating? Time to balance.

When you discover and know the source of change,
you can be in the realm of change without suffering.
You will know the source of time and the products of time.
In the dynamic realm called life,
the realm of activity, change and time,
actions will happen but you will know you are not the doer of them.
Walking, but not walking.
Laughing but not laughing.
Thinking but not thinking.
Yet a recognition happens, 'There's no one here doing anything.'
This paradox comes from the one who is able to walk in both worlds.

Theme:
Autumn remind us the impermanence of everything as the leaves fluttering into the ground. As we feel a force of consciousness that pulls us inwards, we surrender into our inner gravity and we learn how to listen our heart beat.
We will be working on grounding, balance, acceptance, release.

Autumn Equinox today, when day and night are even in length. Fall is our invitation to turn toward the light within. The days are shortening, the light fading, the leaves falling, the air cooling...time to settle down within and discover a bit more of our true selves. My favourite season. What's yours?
"Shadow work is as important to revealing our light as it is to releasing our darkness and the time to begin this work is now, between the fall equinox and the winter solstice. This is a time to excavate anything that may be churning beneath the surface, a time to invite such thoughts and emotions to gently rise and dissolve."

If we start by creating peace within ourselves, expanding to life itself, maybe there is hope for humanity.

The sea tides. The ups and downs, and how we learn to surf the waves of life. The moon, the sun and the earth rotation influence the level of water. They are nature's clock, while we humans learn wave after wave to adjust, connect, be part of it. High tides we swim, low tides we play. And we smile with all this bless from nature.
