Course Dates:

Course 1: Every Friday evening from 18:00 - 20:30 (2.5 hours)

Starting 16th October to 18th December 2015


Course 2: Every Thursday evening from 18:00 - 20:30 (2.5 hours)

Starting 15th October to 17th December 2015

Lesson 5. Old World: Spain & Rest of Europe
Lesson 6. Sparkling Wines
Lesson 7. Port & Sherry
Lesson 8. New World Wine Regions
Lesson 9. New World Wine Regions
Lesson 10. Wine & Food Matching

Each lesson will have a duration of 2.5 hours, 1.5 hour theory and 1 hr guided wine tasting. Each tasting will be blind in order not to be influenced by the label or the price of the bottle. Details on each wine will be given after the lesson.

6 complimentary glasses will be provided as part of the coursework and must be brought back clean and polished for every lesson.

5 to 6 Wines in each lesson for a total of 50 to 60 wines. Extra lessons/outings are currently being planned.... a visit to a winery, Marsovin cellars, themed wine tastings at some importers and a wine & dine. Course fee is €185 per person.
