📅 2026 ජූනි 17 වන දින, යුරෝපීය පාර්ලිමේන්තුව මෙම නව සංක්‍රමණ හා පිටුවහල් කිරීමේ නීති සංශෝධනයට ඡන්ද 418 ක් පක්ෂව, 218 ක් විරුද්ධව සහ 30 දෙනෙකුගේ වළක්වා ගැනීමේ ඡන්ද සමඟ අනුමැතිය ලබා දුන්නේය.

📌 මෙම නව නීතිවල ප්‍රධාන කරුණු

🔹 පිටුවහල් කිරීමේ ක්‍රියාවලිය අවසන් වන තෙක් පුද්ගලයන් මාස 24 සිට 30 දක්වා රඳවා තැබීමට හැකියාව ලැබේ.

🔹 එක් EU රටක් නිකුත් කරන පිටුවහල් කිරීමේ නියෝගයක් අනෙකුත් EU රටවල් විසින්ද පිළිගෙන ක්‍රියාත්මක කළ හැකි වන පරිදි නව ඒකාබද්ධ පද්ධතියක් හඳුන්වා දෙනු ඇත.

🔹 තම මව් රටට ආපසු යැවීමට නොහැකි පුද්ගලයන් EU නොවන තෙවන රටවල පිහිටුවන "Return Hubs" හෙවත් රැඳවුම් මධ්‍යස්ථාන වෙත යැවීමට අවස්ථාව සැලසෙයි.

🔹 වීසා කාලය ඉක්මවා රැඳී සිටින පුද්ගලයන් සහ අසයිලම් ඉල්ලීම් ප්‍රතික්ෂේප වූ පුද්ගලයන් සම්බන්ධයෙන් නීතිය වඩාත් දැඩිව ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වේ.

⚠️ මාල්ටාව ඇතුළු EU රටවල සිටින සියලුම ජාත්‍යන්තර සිසුන්, සේවකයන් සහ සංක්‍රමණිකයන් සඳහා වැදගත් පණිවිඩයක් , නීත්‍යානුකූල වීසා තත්ත්වයක් පවත්වා ගැනීම, නියමිත කාලය තුළ වීසා අලුත් කිරීම සහ නීතිමය අවශ්‍යතා සියල්ල අනුගමනය කිරීම ඉතා වැදගත් වේ. මෙම නව නීති මගින් නීතිවිරෝධී රැඳී සිටීම් සම්බන්ධයෙන් EU රටවල් වඩාත් දැඩි පියවර ගැනීමට නියමිතය.
