Today, we were delighted to welcome our lovely nurse, Doreen Mizzi, 👩‍⚕️❤️

Doreen made a special visit to our childcare centre to introduce the children to the wonderful and important world of nursing. She explained what a nurse does and showed the children some of the tools and equipment used in her work. 🩺💉✨
The children were so excited to watch, learn and take part in this fun and educational experience! 🥰

Today the children enjoyed a fun and relaxing Movie Day, watching Bob the Builder and Paw Patrol. This activity gave the children the opportunity to enjoy a shared group experience while developing important skills.

Today, we were delighted to welcome our lovely hairdresser, Yoshika from Before & After, to The Loving Ones! 💕✂️

Yoshika made a special visit to our childcare centre to introduce the children to the wonderful world of hairdressing. She explained and demonstrated what a hairdresser does, showing the children some of the tools and techniques used in her work. 💇‍♀️✨

The children had an absolute blast! They were so excited to watch, learn, and take part in this fun and engaging experience. 🥰

🩺 Little Doctor Role-Play Activity 👩‍⚕️❤️

Today, the children enjoyed pretending to be little doctors and caring for their patient. Through this fun role-play activity, they explored the world of healthcare while developing their imagination, communication and social skills.

The activity also supported their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, language development, confidence and empathy. By using the medical instruments and caring for the doll, the children had the opportunity to practise problem-solving, expressing themselves and showing care towards others.

✨ Learning through play helps children build important skills in a fun and meaningful way!
