It-tikketti tal-ikel jistgħu jgħinu - iżda biss jekk l-informazzjoni tkun ċara, tinftiehem u tkun faċli biex titqabbel.

“High protein” can be useful — but it is not the whole story.

A claim on the front of the pack may catch your eye, but it does not replace the full nutrition table. When comparing similar products, it helps to also check the sugar, saturated fat and other nutrition information per 100g.

Xi ikel u xorb xorta jista’ jkun fihom zokkor li jseħħ b’mod naturali mill-frott jew mill-ħalib — anke meta ma jkunx ġie miżjud zokkor ieħor.
