Congratulations to Ilenia!
Today we celebrate Ilenia, who has successfully completed her 250-hour placement with the St Jeanne Antide Foundation as part of her MCAST Level 4 studies in Social Care.
Throughout her placement, Ilenia supported the Foundation's day-to-day work with commitment, sensitivity, and a willingness to learn. Placements offer students an important opportunity to gain practical experience, develop professional skills, and better understand the realities of working within the social care sector.
We thank Ilenia for her contribution, positive attitude and dedication during her time with us, and we wish her every success in her future studies and career journey. 🌟
Well done, Ilenia, and thank you for being part of the SJAF community! 💛

🎥✨ We'd like to share these short videos created by a group of MCAST Level 6 students pursuing a Degree in Inclusive Education!
The videos capture a meaningful project carried out on campus in collaboration with students of diverse abilities, shining a light on inclusion, awareness, and respect. 💙
Through their work, they highlight important rights under the Equal Opportunities (Persons with Disabilities) Act—reminding us all of the value of equality and accessibility for everyone.
👏 Take a moment to watch, learn, and be inspired!
🎥✨ Qed naqsmu magħkom dawn il-filmati qosra li nħolqu minn grupp ta’ studenti tal-MCAST Livell 6 li qed jistudjaw għal Degree fl-Edukazzjoni Inklussiva!
Dawn il-vidjows juru proġett li sar fuq il-kampus flimkien ma’ studenti b’abbiltajiet differenti, u jenfasizzaw l-importanza tal-inklużjoni, l-għarfien u r-rispett. 💙
Permezz ta’ dan ix-xogħol, qed juru wkoll drittijiet importanti skont l-Att dwar l-Opportunitajiet Indaqs (Persuni b’Diżabilità), u jfakkru lil kulħadd fil-valur tal-ugwaljanza u l-aċċessibbiltà għal kulħadd.
👏 Arawhom biex titgħallmu u tispiraw ruħkom!

We were delighted to welcome Daniel Barreira from the University of Porto to MCAST earlier this month, as part of an Erasmus+ mobility initiative.
Through a series of engaging sessions, students and staff explored key topics including football coaching methodology, match analysis as academic research, and the application of sequential analysis in performance contexts.
This valuable international collaboration also extended to the local football community, in partnership with organisations such as the Malta Football Association where Mr Barreira contributed to the UEFA A coaching course and Melita FC, where a conference on coaching methodology was delivered.
A great example of how collaboration between academic institutions and industry practitioners continues to enhance learning experiences and support professional development in sport.
