d everything was just fine. But after a while, I started to realise that I had money yes...but I had no time to spend them...

Something was missing. And then..when kids arrived, my world collapsed. The nightmare started. I had to work 8/9 hours every day, Monday to Friday. And I felt so guilty because I couldn't stay with my kids as I wanted to do. I was struggling like crazy because I was juggling career and family and it was all so overwhelming. Slowly, I started to feel more and more tired and exhausted and drained and so sad. This went on for years, and during all that time, every day, I kept repeating to myself, You Can Do It. You Are Strong and Will Make It. Life is This Afterall…

You know I felt like WonderWoman, always smiling (and dying inside..) but smiling and caring about kids, and family, and trying to climb the career ladder. But then I started to think, is this life, really? Is it all about working, working, and working (to pay the bills basically...and the rent, maybe a holiday per year) and making myself unhappy in the process? My family unhappy, my kids unhappy….really? Life should be more. I was struggling, I wanted quality time for my kids, for myself but I was trapped in that job and I just couldn’t see any way out of that madness. So I started to search online for other options, another job, or some kind of inspiration, and what I found... blew my mind. I realised that another economy exists, the digital economy as opposed to the traditional corporate world. I had this realisation, I understood that our education system failed; it was designed to create a workforce of blue collars and white collars to be integrated into that economy. Last century's economy. Where women were in a different position and in a different status. Do you know what I mean? Now, we can work in the corporate world, obviously, we’re super skilled but still, we are not in the same position as men, so when we become mothers, these two realities come into conflict. We can be mothers and work in a corporate job, but then we start struggling like crazy because there is no flexibility whatsoever. Yes we can work part-time...but that means earning less, or we can turn down promotions...that means earning less and helping men to get the higher positions, right? Yes, we can decide to stay at home for 1 year or two and then start working again...will they hire us again? You see, these are fake choices. We’re not really free to choose. You always need to sacrifice something, right? I believe this is not fair. Because this increases gender inequality and suffocates our motherly instinct and prevents us from getting high-paid jobs. Is there a way out? That’s what I was asking myself for a long time. Yes, there is and I found the key. The key is a new education, the key is learning the soft and digital skills to enter the digital economy. In this relatively new environment, you can work with flexibility, you can earn enough to thrive financially and you can get TIME which is our most precious resource. Let’s focus on this now, education and the new era, or new economy: in the digital economy there is no gender inequality, really, AND you can take control over your time. But to be successful, you need to get prepared, learn new stuff, and above all you need loads of courage because what you need to do is breaking one by one all the social standard patterns (and conditioning), breaking all your limiting beliefs and getting out of your comfort zone. Not easy eh...But when you are out of that comfort zone, I promise, you will feel free, and powerful, and able to do magical things. You just need to start and I can help you with that if you want. I work as an affiliate marketer and as a network marketer, I am growing (slowly but steadily) and I can FINALLY enjoy my kids, my family as I want. And, most importantly, I help women to get free from that trap. To find a better work-life balance..or fusion as I like to call it. So often women cannot see the light in the tunnel, and they think they have no other choice. I was there and I spent so many years in that dark zone and I know very well how it feels. I made huge steps forward with the right help and now I can do the same for other women. I want to do that. We women create our own stories about things and we believe we lack the confidence or the skills and so on...

But that’s a story that we tell ourselves and the truth is that we can make it. It is NOT easy, at all, but it is possible. If I can make it, you can make it too. Really.
