We are expanding our team and currently hiring for the following positions:
🔪 Commis Chef
• Assist in food preparation and presentation under the guidance of senior chefs
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Culinary experience or training preferred
🍽️ F&B Server
• Provide friendly, efficient table service to guests in our restaurant and bars
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus
• Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is a plus
🍹 Barman
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
• Must be personable and customer-focused
🧃 Junior F&B Server (Ideal for students or entry-level candidates)
• Support the F&B team with clearing tables, serving drinks, and assisting guests
• No prior experience required – training provided
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
🍽️ Kitchen Porter
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient
• Assist with dishwashing and basic kitchen duties
• Hardworking and reliable candidates encouraged to apply
🌙 Night Receptionist
• Manage front desk operations during night hours
• Handle guest check-ins, calls, and emergencies professionally
• Previous experience in reception or customer service preferred
• Must be fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
