For TURKISH Students: ''Turkish Vaccine certificate of full course of vaccination'' means MINIMUM TWO doses of ''Pfizer-BioNTech '' NOT Sinovac Vaccine.

Vaccine Certificates recognized by the Superintendent of Public Health of Malta and that are acceptable for entry to Malta include certificates issued for a full course of vaccination (2 doses or 1 dose of a single dose vaccine) with EMA approved vaccines only
(Comirnaty [Pfizer], Jannsen [ Johnson & Johnson], Spikevax [Moderna], Vaxzevria [AstraZeneca]) , that are authorized by the national regulatory authority of the administering country, with 14 days after the last dose.
These currently include:
• Official Maltese vaccination certificate.
• An EU Digital COVID vaccination certificate, issued by EU, EEA and non- EU countries connected to the EUDCC gateway.
• United Kingdom NHS (paper or digital) Coronavirus (COVID-19) Vaccination Certificate
• UAE Vaccine Certificate issue by the Dubai Health Authorities with readable QR Code
• Turkish Vaccine certificate of full course of vaccination
• The United States CDC Covid-19 Vaccination Record Card: accepted until 31July 2021. As of 01 August 2021 this will need to be verified through the VeriFLY app to be accepted as a valid vaccination certificate. The VeriFLY app is available on

• Serbian “Digital Green Certificate” with a readable QR Code
• Gibraltar, Jersey and Guernsey vaccination certificate
The following are NOT VALID for entry into Malta:
• EU Digital COVID Recovery Certificate
• EU Digital COVID Vaccination Certificate showing one dose unless for a single
dose vaccine, irrelevant of whether after recovery or not.
• Negative Rapid Antigen Test – either on EU Digital COVID Certificate or otherwise.
• Vaccine certificates not on the accepted list.
• Handwritten vaccination certificates
