Academy of Dance Arts

Following the 60th Anniversary Celebration of Cecchetti in Malta, the Cecchetti Legacy Group - Malta, awarded a scholarship to each participating school. We are delighted to announce that the three students from Academy of Dance Arts who each received the scholarship of €100 cash are Julia Azzopardi, Sarah Jane Camilleri and Dalia Gasch.

This scholarship will support their ongoing ballet training and development. Congratulations, ladies! We are incredibly proud of your hard work and achievements. Keep reaching for your dreams! 🩰✨

Our 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 begin on 13 July, with classes available from 3 years upwards in 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐭, 𝐉𝐚𝐳𝐳, 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐇𝐢𝐩 𝐇𝐨𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲.

We are also offering Baby Ballet Classes & Movement Classes for our youngest dancers aged 1–2 years — a gentle and joyful introduction to music, movement and dance.

Whether your child is trying dance for the first time or wants to keep dancing throughout summer, our classes are the perfect way to build confidence, coordination, musicality and creativity in a welcoming environment.

Over the past two days, the ADA team has successfully completed First Aid Training and is fully certified in First Aid.

As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care and safety, all staff renew their First Aid certification every three years. For some members of our team, this was already the fourth time completing the course, demonstrating their dedication to continuous learning and preparedness.

This year, we were also delighted to welcome some of our senior students to the training. As they prepare to assist our teachers during the Summer Club in the Performing Arts, they took part in the course to develop valuable life-saving skills and to help ensure a safe environment for everyone involved.

Your children’s well-being is our top priority, and we are proud to invest in the skills and knowledge that help keep them safe every day.

A truly enriching weekend of Flamenco and Danza Estilizada with José Manuel Buzón Ruiz organised by the Sharon Sapienza Foundation.💃

This workshop gave our dancers the opportunity to deepen their technical knowledge, performance interpretation, artistic awareness and understanding of the fusion of Spanish Dance styles through a three day intensive workshop. Experiences like these are invaluable in shaping confident, versatile and inspired young artists.✨
