Today we prepared delicious Maltese ftira, and each student filled it with their favourite ingredients. Everyone enjoyed creating their own unique lunch and eating it together.
We also baked coconut biscuits, which turned out wonderfully tasty! The students took part in the different stages of preparation, developing their independence, fine motor skills, and confidence in the kitchen. It was a fun, productive, and delicious day for everyone! 😊🍞🥥🍪
