🐠🌊 Exploring Sea Life! 🌊🐠

This week, Kinder 1.7 & 1.8 explored the wonders of the ocean 🌊 through art , crafts , and fun counting activities .

Our little learners had a great time πŸ‹ discovering sea creatures πŸ™πŸ¦€πŸ¬πŸ’ and developing new skills along the way β­πŸ’™

During Expressive Arts' Days, Year 4.3 Flamingos explored a range of themes which included science, nature, and fantasy. They showed their creativity by presenting eye-catching posters to promote their selected theme.

During this scholastic year, students in Year 2.3 Starfish embarked on a project where they linked Dinja WaΔ§da and Science STEM Activity. Through this project they created a bug hotel and investigated wood lice, organisms that made use of this bug hotel. The children worked within a team and developed their social, collaborative and observational skills! It was definitely a fruitful experience for all the studentsπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘πŸ‘Š

The AFL team organised a literacy workshop for the Year 5 students titled β€œΔŠans gΔ§aik”. During this workshop, students worked alongside their parents to enhance and develop their critical thinking skills through three different activities. The workshop encouraged collaboration, communication and confidence in sharing ideas, making it a meaningful learning experience.

Year 5.2 learnt about Olympic games in their social studies lessons and English comprehension. After this introduction, they enjoyed their time on an outing to the university of Malta , where they got to know more about the olympic games, interviewed a parolympian and also got to play different games

Year 5.1 students talked about 3 celebrations in their homes. We learned different celebrations around the world. This was part of our social studies project.

This morning, we presented the Student of the Month Certificate for May. It was awarded for Problem Solving Skills. The Certificate was given to a student from each of our Y1 to Y6 primary classes. Well done to the students who received this certificate! Keep it up :)
