Last week all MS students displayed their work in Visual Art and Design. From paintings to sculptures to puppets, visitors were impressed with the range and skill of our young artists. Design students displayed their digital creations as well as 3D cardboard constructions. ES art students came to the exhibit and enjoyed sharing their observations. A well done to all MS students for their ingenuity and creativity, and thank you to the Arts & Design teachers for guiding them to greatness!

This week, our Grade 9 students dove into our annual Career Focus Days, bridging the gap between classroom learning and the future world of work.

Through the IB Middle Years Program, we’re all about equipping students with critical thinking and real-world skills.

A massive thank you to for making business, investing, and budgeting so engaging, and to our incredible guest speakers (including Verdala parents and staff!) for sharing their industry expertise.

WE HAVE A CODE BOSS!

Big congratulations to our brilliant Ziyi W from 7S for winning the Delightex Edu Spring Challenge "Code Boss Award"!

His project, “City Math Parkour Game,” took home the top prize for its incredible coding and interactive design, and will be featured on the official Delightex showcase!

The Perks: Ziyi won exclusive access to Delightex Nova to keep building! His achievement unlocked a 400-seat Delightex Edu license for our school for the 2026–2027 school year!

A massive shoutout also goes to our other fantastic participants, Sophia L 7S, Marta T 7S, and Oliver W 7V, for their amazing effort and creativity in the challenge!

We are so incredibly proud of all our young creators and the teachers who inspire them every day!

The VIS Eco Committee is absolutely thrilled to announce that Verdala International School has been awarded the prestigious Green Flag Award for the second consecutive time! This is a significant achievement for our school, and it wouldn't have been possible without our incredible community. A huge thank you goes out to:
