📊 Six months ago, we conducted special agility, strength, and speed testing for our youngest athletes in the 4.5–6 y.o. group.

We repeated the same exercises — and the progress was amazing ✨

The kids became stronger, faster, more coordinated, and much more confident on the mats. Most importantly, they learned to listen, focus, support each other, and enjoy training together 🥰

We are truly proud of every single one of them.

🥩 Kudo Malta Team BBQ After the Belt & Stripes Exam 🥋✨

After the belt & stripes exam on June 6th — the exam we have all been working hard for — our great friend Stoyan is generously organizing a special BBQ gathering for the whole Kudo Malta team at our favorite restaurant, Il-Fortizza in Sliema, starting from 16:00.

All Kudo athletes are invited free of charge — the only condition is to come wearing your Kudo Malta team T-shirt and be ready to enjoy the evening together! 🥳

Parents and accompanying guests are also very welcome to join for €20 per person, including unlimited food:
• BBQ chicken, beef, burgers and chevapi
• French fries
• Grilled vegetables
• Two fresh salads

Drinks are not included and can be ordered separately with waiter service.

No reservation or pre-payment is required — please just let us know in advance how many athletes and accompanying guests will attend.

(U10, U12, U14, U16)

• 10–7 Kyu (White / Purple / Blue belts)
• 6 Kyu and above (Yellow belt+)
