A big thanks to all our partners, students, funders Erasmus+ and collaborators during our closing meeting happening right now over zoom! This project was a fantastic experience for us that helped us provide hands-on, holistic training to over 30 masters and PhD-level students from across Europe. We also built online resources to reach many more students by innovating in the field of education in novel food technology. In addition, we are trying to understand what citizens think of this technology. We are sad to see this project end but are hoping to continue our collaborations in many ways.
