I am an independent, freelance planner offering a broad range of professional services in the urban planning field with specialisation in transport planning and urban design. With a 20 year experience in the planning field, we help applicants, other professionals, local councils, NGO’s and third parties through the complex planning process. We assist applicants through the every stage of the plann
ing process, from the conception of a scheme, to development control and planning permission. Amongst others, we prepare traffic impact reports, project description, waste management plans and provide expertise in reports authored by third parties. Our contribution aims to avoid unnecessary delays and make sure that developments secure benefits to their investors but also contribute positively towards the local communities and environments, through enhancement of amenity both physical and social. We work to attain the best possible outcomes for our clients, whether they are from the private or public sector, promoting a particular development or wishing to make representations. Our experience and training in the field ensure that plans are realistic and deliver what they set out to do. We have worked on a number of major developments, EU-funded transport studies and road works, traffic management schemes and transport related schemes. We continuously invest in junction modelling software and training to provide our clients with the best possible solutions. We understand that through our work we may shape development, settlements and communities and therefore believe strongly that our actions should be inspired by the principles of sustainability.
