❤️🥞 Celebrating the Sacred Heart of Jesus🥞❤️

Our students enjoyed a meaningful and creative class activity inspired by the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Using pancakes as their canvas, they decorated them with a chocolate cross and a strawberry heart, symbolising Jesus’ endless love, compassion and sacrifice for us all.

Through this simple yet engaging activity, the children reflected on the message of the Sacred Heart while having fun and expressing their creativity.

Well done to all our students for their beautiful creations! ❤️✝️🍓

This past week, our Year 2 girls have been exploring the exciting topic of Length! 🌟

They began by learning and using the correct vocabulary related to length, such as tall, short, and long. 📚

The girls then had fun measuring different objects using non-standard units, including paper clips and their hands. 📎🖐️

As their learning progressed, they started using rulers and metre rulers to measure items accurately in centimetres and metres. 📏📐

They also learned how to choose the most appropriate measuring tool, understanding when to use a ruler for smaller objects and when a metre ruler is needed for items longer than 1 metre. 🎯

We are so proud of their hard work, enthusiasm, and growing confidence in Maths! 👏🌟
